ecution of this Acknowledgment and Ratification by Grantee, ack-
nowledges receipt of copies of the Declaration of Condominium
described above, including the provisions of all of its exhibits,
and that conveyance by su.ch deed is subject thereto. The Grantee
~ does further hereby ratify, confirm arid approve all of said provi-
sions (including the WINDMILL VILLAGE BY THE SEA RECREATION CENTER
~ LEASE as filed for record in Official Records Book 189 on pages
~ 1829 through 1886 in the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
` Florida, and the acts of the officers and Directors of WINDMILL
~ VILLAGE BY THE SEA CONDOMINIUM NO, 1 ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida
~ corporation not for profit, in making and entering into said
r Lease). The Grantee agrees to be bound by all of said provisions;
~ the Grantee acknowledges and agrees that all of said provisions
~ are reasonable, fair and equitable; the Grantee hereby impresses a
~ lien upon the land and real property described above, as security
; for his obligations, as described in said Declaration of Condomin-
~ ium and its exhibits; and the Grantee acknowledges and agrees that
~ said Declaration of Condominium, its exhibits and the Sales
~ Contract executed by the Grantor and the Grantee contain all of
~ the warranties, representations and inducements concerning the
Y purchase by the Grantee of the land and real property described
