WITNESSETH: F~ '

WHEREAS, FLOYD,M. WELCH will co-sign a note for RICHARD M.
ALBERT and PATRICIA ALBERT, his wife, at the FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF FORT

PIERCE, which note may rante from zero to $8,000.00; ;
WHEREAS, RICHARD M. ALBERT and PATRICIA ALBERT wish to. secure

said note with the said co-signor, FLOYD,~!'. WELCH, so as to give him
security against any obligation he may incur under said note with FIRST
NATIONAL BANK OF FORT PIERCE;
WHEREAS, it is the intention of the parties to place a lien for
the amount of any money lent to said RICHARD M. ALBERT and PATRICIA
ALBERT, his wife, on said note by FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF FORT PIERCE,
on their house hereinafter described;

NOW, THEREFORE, be it agreed as follows:
1. The undersigned, RICHARD M. ALBERT and PATRICIA ALBERT, his

wife, do hereby agree not to transfer, encumber, or otherwise affect
title to~the following-described real property in St. Lucie County, '
! Florida, up to the amount which he has guaranteed with the FIRST NATIONAL
~
; BANK pursuant to the loan hereinabove described, said property being f
r
described as follows:

~ Lot 7, of Block 1, of HISBISCUS PARK, as per plat
~ thereof on file in Plat Book 8, at page 11, of the
~ public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, together -
~ with all furniture and furnishings located in the i
~ residence building thereon. ~

2. That this lien shall continue to be against said property ~
~
~ for so long as FLOYD M. WELCH is obligated as a co-signor on the note at
~
~ First National Bank, and after satisfaction of that obligation with the
~
:
~ First National Bank, this lien and agreement shall be null and void.
