THIS CAUSE came on for trial the 6th of March, 1975, and the t ~ Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds ` and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the ' subject matter of the suit; that the relation of husband and wife ~ ~ now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the ! , ~ parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is e - ~ thereupon $ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~ i r 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between FREDERICK J. ~ r LANNAN, husband, and MARIE M. LANNAN, wife, be and the same is hereby ~ ~ dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed ~ ~ from the bonds of matrimony hereto existing between them and from the ~ ~ obligations arising therefrom. ~ +u ;3 2. The husband shall pay to the wife in the monthly amount of $100.00 commencing on April 10, 1975, and a like sum each consecutive ~ ~ ~ month thereafter until the death of either party, or remarriage of the wife, at which time such payments will cease. 3. JURISDICTION.
