FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE

THIS CAUSE came on for trial the 6th of March, 1975, and the

Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds `
and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the
' subject matter of the suit; that the relation of husband and wife
~
~
now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the
!
,
~ parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is
e -
~ thereupon
$ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

r 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between FREDERICK J.
~
r LANNAN, husband, and MARIE M. LANNAN, wife, be and the same is hereby
~
~ dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed
~
~ from the bonds of matrimony hereto existing between them and from the
~
~ obligations arising therefrom.

;3 2. The husband shall pay to the wife in the monthly amount of
$100.00 commencing on April 10, 1975, and a like sum each consecutive
~
~
~ month thereafter until the death of either party, or remarriage of
the wife, at which time such payments will cease.
3. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties
hereto, is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be
just and proper in the premises.
