POWER OF ATTORNEY ~
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, MYRTLE S. WHITTELSEY,
a widow, do hereby appoint LORNA W. HIBBERD, my true and lawful
attorney for me and in my name to grant, bargain and sell my
life estate in the followinq described real property:
