MORTGAGE MODIFICATION AGREEMENT

TfiIS AGRE~MENT, Made the 5~ day of P~brtnt~y, 197 5 ~
between C. R. McDONALD. JR., as Trustee, hereinafter referred to
as "First Party" and WILLY J. WILLIAMS, hereinafter referred to as
"Second Party",
W I T N E S S E T H:
WI~REAS, a certain Mortgage was executed by WILLY J.
WILLIAMS to C. R. McDONALD, JR., as Trustee on December 17, 1971,
recorded in Official Record Book 199 at Page 797 of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida securing a certain promissory
note of even date therewith in the sum of Four Thousand Seven Hundred
Fifty ($4,750.00) Dollars with interest at the rate of Six (696)
Percent, the entire sum, together with interest being payable
December 17, 1974; and
W~REAS, the Parties have jointly agreed to a modification
! of said Mortgage;

; NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants

~ and considerations accrued to the parties hereto it is agreed as

~ follows:

~ 1. The First Party does hereby modify the terms of payment
~ of the principal balance of said note so that the same shall be due
~
~ December 29, 1977.
~ 2. The Second Party does hereby agree that the indebtedness
~
~
; shall bear interest at the rate of 9'~96 per annum from December 18,
i:~
~ 1974 until the date of payment hereby extended.

- 3. Except as herein modified, all other terms and conditions
of said mortgage and promissory note shall remain in full force and
~ effect.
