ASSIGNMENT OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: ~
That I, JEANNETTE K. FETTERMAN BEHRENS, formerly known
as Jeannette K. Fetterman, party of the first part, in considera-
tion of the sum of TEN AND NO/100 Dollars, and other valuable ~
considerations, received from or on behalf of RICHARD J. FETTERMAN, ~
party of the second part, at or before the ensealing and delivery ~
of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, c~o ;
hereby grant, bargain, sell, assign, transfer and set over unto
the said party of the second part a certain mortgage bearing date ~
the 3rd day of March A.D. 1969 made by Anthony S. Caserta, as }
Trustee, in favor of Richard J. Fetterman and Jeannette K. Fetterman,
his wife, and recorded in Official Records Book 176, page 147,
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, upon the following ~
described piece or parcel of land, situate and being in said ~

County and State, to-wit: ~

The South 150 feet of the North 1/2 and the North 50 ~
feet of the South 1/2 of Section 14, Township 34 South, j
Range 40 East; and the South 150 feet of the North 1/2 ~
~
and the North 50 feet of the South 1/2 of Section 15, i
Township 34 South, Range 40 East, excepting, however, ~
that portion lying within the West 14.63 acres of the
! Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 15,
! Township 34 South, Range 40 East, together with all
~ riparian and littoral rights appurtenant thereof.

This Assignment of Mortgage shall be executed from and after ~
` February 12, 1971.

' Together with the note or obligation described in said mortgage,
; and the moneys due and to become due thereon, with interest from
' the 12th day of February, 1971.

~ second part, his heirs, legal representatives, successors and ~
