FORECLOSURE OF A MECHANIC'S LIEN
This cause having come on to be heard upon f inal hearing upon
the Complaint, pursuant to notice to all parties hereto, and the
Court having heard testimony and being otherwise fully advised in
the premises, the Court finds as follows:
1. That the Court has jurisdiction of the parties and of the
; subject cause.
~ 2. That the equities of this cause are with the Plaintiff.

~ 3. That the allegations contained in the Complaint have been
~
; proved by competent evidence, and that there is now due and owing
z to the Plaintiff from the Defendant on the indebtedness described .

~ in the Complaint the sum of $662.54 together with costs to this
~
date in the amount of $67.50, plus the sum of $280.00 to this date

~ which the Court determines to be a reasonable attorney's fee.
~
~ That unless said sums are paid forthwith, the property
~
~
~ described in said Complaint, to-wit:
~
~ The North 83 feet of Lot 6, PRICE'S SUBDIVISION,
as per the plat thereof on file in the Public
~ Records of Saint Lucie County, Florida.

_ shall be sold by the Clerk of this Court at public sale to the
~ highest and best bidder for cash during the legal hours of sale on
~ the ~ day of April, 1975, at the County Courthouse in Ft.
- Pierce, Florida. Notice of such sale shall be published as pro-
vided by statute.
