4. Upon confirmation of the sale as provided by statute or
by Order of the Court, the Clerk shall disburse the proceeds of the
sale by paying:
(a) The costs and expenses of this action incurred

after the date hereof.
(b) The remaining amounts due the Plaintiff with
interest thereon as provided by statute from the date E

hereof through the date of sale.
5. The Plaintiff may bid for and be the purchasers of the
property at the sale. Should the Plaintiff be the successful bid-
der, he shall pay all costs and expense qf the sale and be credited
on his bid so much of the amounts due him as may be necessary to
satisfy his bid.
6. Upon confirmation of the sale, the Defendant and all per-
sons claiming by or through her since the recording of the Lis
Pendens, are severally barred and foreclosed of and from any right,
title, interest, claim, or demand in or to said property, and the
purchaser at the sale, its agents and assigns, shall be let into
possession of said property.
; 7. Jurisdiction is retained for the purpose of entering such
; further and other orders and judgments as may be necessary or
