O R D E R
This cause coming on to be heard on March 7, 1975 on the
oral motion of the Husband, James Eweel Kelly, for a continuance
of the hearing based on the affidavit of Dr. Marshall Evans and
the Court having heard argument of counsel for the respective
parties and being fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
l. That the Motion for continuance be and the same is
hereby granted upon the Husband, James Eweel Kelly, posting with

' the Clerk of this Court a bond in the amount of Five Thousand -
' ($5,000.00) Dollars payable to the Wife, Lillian H. Kelly,

4 guaranteeing any payments found to be due upon the Wife's Motion

~ for Order of Contempt for the Husband failing to pay ch~ld support
~ ~

~ and college expenses and gasoline expenses pursuant to the former

$ orders of this Court.

~ 2. That in lieu of the posting of cash or a surety bond with ~

~ the Clerk of this court, the Husband is granted permission to assign ;

- to Mallory L. Johnson as Trustee that certain Mortgage Deed dated

:a April 16, 1974 and recorded in O. R. Book 226, pages 1620-1622,

public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, together with the note
t
~ of even date secured by said Mortgage Deed, to be held in trust by
the said Mallory L. Johnson, Esquire, to insure payments by the ~
