This cause coming on to be heard on March 3, 1975 on the
Defendant's Motion to Tax Costs filed on February 21, 1975, based
upon the Final Judgment entered on August 21, 1974 and the Order
dated November 1, 1974 denying Plaintiffs' Petition for Rehearing
and the Court having heard argument of counsel for the respective
! parties and being fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion to Tax Costs filed by

~ the Defendants be and the same is hereby denied because this
s
; Court lacks jurisdiction to tax or assess such costs.
