~ This case originated in the Civil Division of

{ County Court for St. Lucie County, Florida, upon a replevin

~ action initiated by W. S. Badcock Corporation, a Florida
~
~ corporation, against Mrs. Jerry Roberts, a/k/a Jeannie
~
~
s; Roberts and Law's Moving and Storage. Judgment was
;
~ entered July 15, 1974, granting Badcock replevin but re-
t
quiring Badcock to pay the storage expenses charged by
w,
i Law's. From this decision requiring Badcock to pay the
moving and storage expenses, Badcock files this appeal.
