THIS MATTER coming on to be heard before me on the Motion
For Continuance filed by Respondent/Wife. After hearing argument
by counsel for Petitioner/Husband, who opposed the Motion, as well
as arguments by attorneys for Irespondent/Wife, and the Court being
advised in the premises and aware of the advanced age of Petitioner
and Respondent it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1. That all issues set forth in the pleadings of this cause
