If this note or any installment thereof shall be collected through an attorney-at-law, the undersigned
~ agrees to pay the cost of collection, including reasonable attorneys' fees equal to 10°~ of the principal sum
" or such larger amount as may be reasonable and just. If this note is prepaid in full, the undersigned wlll re-
F ceive a rebate of the unearned portion of the fINANCE CHARGE computed by the "sum of the digits" method.

~ If any installment shall not be paid within ten(10)days after the same shall become due, a service charge
~ of 5~j(, of the amount of such installment or;5.00, whichever is less, may be made. All payments made here-
under shall be credited first to any lawful charges of collection, then accrued interest, and the remainder to un•

~ If any installment shall not be paid within fifteen (15) days after the same shall become due, the entire
amount of this note, less the amount of any rebates required by law, shall become due and payable at the
K election of the holder, and such unpaid amount thereafter shall bear interest at the rate of ten per cent (10%)
per annum until paid.
- Presentment, notice of dishonor and notice of non•payment hereby are waived by each maker, endorser,
~ or other party to this note, and each of them hereby does waive the right to be sued after default in the county
- of his residence.
