THIS INDENTURfi, made this 20th day of April, 1974, b y

and between L. H. Donohoe and Clara Donohoe, his wife, of the
County of Kanawha, State of West Virginia, parties of the first part,
and James Frail, Robert Harrington and Charles Capehart, as trustees
of the Calvary Baptist Church, whose post office address is Maryland
Avenue and Lee Street, West, Charleston, Kanawha County, West
Virginia, parties of the second part. `

That Whereas, by Indenture dated the 13th day of March, 1967, -
and of record in ~t. Lucie (:ounty, Florida, in Book 165 at pages 1778

and 1779, the parties of the first part herein did grant and convey unto i _

~ the Trustees of The Calvary Baptist Church, of Charleston, West

~ Virginia, the hereinafter described property; and ~

vVhereas, in the description of said property so conveyed on

= March 13, 1967, there was an error made in the calls of said lot; and

~ Whereas, the parties of the first part desire to correct said
~ calls so that it will correctl desc ribe the r
y p operty heretofore conveyed,

~ NOW, THEREFORE THIS CORREGTIVE INDENTURE

Y WITNESSETH:

That for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) cash in
~F hand paid, and of the premises hereinbefore set out, the receipt of
_ which is hereby acknowledged, the said parties of the first part have
_ granted, bargained and sold to the said'parties of the second part,
