This cause came on ta be heard this day upon the petition of
Ellen Viola Clark, Administratrix of the Estate of James ~dward Clark,
deceased, plaintiff, for an Order authorizing the said plaintiff to
settle any and all claims which she may have against the United States
Fire Insurance Company in accordance with that certain judgment of
record in the total amount of $85,630.00 plus costs for the settlement
' plus costs
; of ~50,000.00,/which is the policy liriit of Thomas Edward Wilkus, and

` further approving attorney's fees in this matter, and the Court being

€ otherwise fully advised in the prernises, it is thereupon

; ORDERED that plaintiff, ELL~N VIOLA CLARK, as Adriinistratrix of

~ the Estate of James Edward Cla~k, deceased, be and is hereby authorized
~ and em~owered to accept the sum of $50,000.00 in settlement of that

~ certain judgment of record in the total amount of $86,630.00 plus costs,
