the Estate of James Edward Clark, deceased, be and is authorized to
deduct and pay the attorney's fees due and owing counsel in the amount '
of one-third of the $50,000.00 settlement, which equals $16,666.66,
and it is further •
ORDERED that a copy of this Order be filed in the Probate Division

File No. 74 109, IN RE: Estate of JAMES EDWARD CLARK, deceased, in '
St. Lucie County, Florida, so that file will reflect this settlement
