ORDER
This cause came on to be heard on the Wife's Petition to
Modify Final Judgment as to Child Visitation Rights and the Husband's
Motion to Reduce Child Support Payments and the Wife's Motion for
Order of Contempt and the Court having heard~testimony of the re-
spective parties and argument of counsel and being fully advised in
the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Motion to Reduce Child Support Payments be and
thA sa:^.e is hereb~r ~enied. -
2. That the Petition to Modify Final Judgment as to Child
Visitation Rights is hereby denied provided that the Fiusband, CARL

3. That the Husband, CARL E. FLIPPEN, is in arrears in his

> payment to MARY R. FLIPPEN as of March 6, 1975 in the sum of Four

~ Hundred Dollars ($400.00) and that the Wife, MARY R. FLIPPEN, is

_ entitled to a judgment for said arrearage in the amount of Four
k
Hundred Dollars ($400.00).
