JUDGMENT
This cause coming on to be heard on March 6, 1975 at 9:00
o`clock A.M, upon the Motion for Order of Contempt on behalf of the
Wife, MARY R.FI,IPPEN, against the Husband, CARL E. FLIPPEN, to hold
the said Husband in contempt or for a judgment in favor of MARY R.
FLIPPEN for child support in arrears pursuant to the Final Judgment
in the above entitled cause and to let execution issue thereon, and
the Court having heard testimony on behalf of the parties hereto
and argument of counsel; and the Court being fully advised in the
premises, it is therefore
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That MARY R. FLIPPEN be and she is entitled to a Judgment
against the Husband, CARL E. FLIPPEN, in the sum of Four Hundred
Dollars ($400.00).
; 2. That the Wife, MARY R. FLIPPEN, to have and recover of
