This matter coming on for trial on the 12th day of March, 1975,
before a jury and continuing into the 13th day of March, 1975, and the
parties having announced in Court that the matters in dispute have been
amicably resolved between them based upon the agreement stated in open
~
court, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that: ~
l. The Plaintiffs~will remove the fence installed on their behalf s
by Sears and re-install said fence north of the hedge between the
Plaintiffs' and Defendants' properties and north of the concrete curb
' boundary marker.

; 2. Upon this being accomplished by the Plaintiffs or their agents
's
? the Defendants will remove the fence installed by'them. In the event it ~
~

is easier to accomplish the re-installation of the fence to be installed

~ by the Plaintiffs to remove the ~ld fence at that time same may be done
~

` by the Plaintiffs' agents provided the new fence is installed in con-
~
junction therewith.

3. All other claims and counterclaims are dismissed with prejudice. -

= 4. Each party shall bear its own costs and the Plaintiffs shall
i ~
; pay the Court Reporter. ~

: 5. The Plaintiff shall be allowed to withdraw Exhibits 9 through ~
~
32 being photographs.
6. All partie:~ hereto are enjoined and restrained from harassing, -
; bothering or interfering with the others in any fashion, shape or manner.
