That for divers good and valuable considerations, and also in consideration of the aggregate sum named in

remise, release. and convey and confirm u~to the Mortgagee. in fee simple~ all of that certain tract of Iand of which
the Mortgagor is now seized and possessed and in actual possession. situate in 14X~(e County. Florida. described

Lot 18, and the South S feet of vacated alley adjacent on North,
in Block 98, of MEYERHOFF'S SUBDIVISION; more particularly described
as Garden City Farms, in Section 5, Township 35 South, Range 40 East,
St. Lucie County, Florida; together with the improvements thereon,
and all furniture, fixtures and equipment contained therein, replace-
ments thereof and additions thereto.

convey said land in fee simple as aforesaid; that it shatl be lawful for the 4lortgagee at all times peaceably and
quietly to enter upon, hold, occupy and enjoy said land; that said land is free from al) enccmbrances except as
may be herein described; that the Mortgagor will make such t'urther assurances to perCect the fee simple title to
said land in the Mortgagee as may reasonably be required; anJ that the !Nortgagor hereby fully warrants the title
