REVOCATION OF A POWER OF ATTORNEY
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT:
WHEREAS, by Power of Attorney under my hand and seal dated
the 8th day of November, 1968, and possibly recorded in Suffolk
County, Patchogue, Long Island, New York, wherein I, ALBERT F.
. BENNETT, of Fort Pierce, Florida, appointed CATHERINE BENNETT, of

Brookhaven, L.I., New York my attorney for me and in my name to !
do certain acts and things in my behalf in connection with any ~
of the below listed acts:
(a) real estate transactions;
(b) chattel and goods transactions;
(c) bond, share and commodity transactions;
(d) banking transactions; ;
(e) business operating transactions;
(f) insurance transactions;
(g) estate transactions;
(h) claims and litigation; ~
(i) personal relationships and affairs;
(j) benefits from military service;
(k) records, reports and statements;
(1) all other matters;

and particularly said Power Of Attorney was issued to permit my
wife, CATHERINE BENNETT to execute all documents necessary in the
sale of our home located at Brookhaven, L.I., New York which
property was sold approximately March of 1969.
NOW, THEREFORE, I hereby revoke the said power of attorney
and every power and authority therein contained.
