corporation said mortgage being dated i~ecember 14, 1972 and recorded ~

on January 9. 1973, in Official Records Book 209, Page 2375. St. Lucie ~

County. Florida~ public records~ and ~

WHEREAS, said mortgage was securing a note of even date in

the amount of $162~ 500. 00. payable on or before June 15, 1973, and, i

WHEREAS, the Parties are desirous of extending the time for
payinent under said note.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties for and in consideration of

One Dollar ($1. 00) and other valuable considerations paid to the ~
JENSEN BEACH BANK, do hereby amend the said note to be payable on
or before June 15, 1975.
IN ALL OTHE'R RESPECTS, said mortgage and note are
hereby ratified and confirmed.
