AMENDMENT TO MORTGAGE i

WHFRF_.AS; AQtJA RAAELLA. INC.. a Florida corporation, ;
gave a mortgage to JENSEN BEACH BANK, a Florida banking corporation,
said mortgage being dated March 15, 1973 and recorded in Official
Records Book 212~ Page 1061, St. Lucie County, Florida~ public
records, and.
WHEREAS, said mortgage was securing a note of even date
in the amount of $172~ 500. 00, payable on or before November 17, 1974,
and, ~
WHF.REAS, the Parties are desirous of extending the time for
payinent under said note.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties, for and in consideration of
One Dollar ($1. 00) and other valuable considerations paid to the
JENSEN BEACH BANK, do hereby amend the said note to be payable
on or before May 18, 1975.
4 IN ALL OTHER RESPECTS, said mortgage and note are hereby
