WHEREAS, it has been officially made kno~,m to me that it is }

necessary to the dispatch of business of the
NINETEENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT '

of Florida, that a Judge be temporarily assigned to duty in that

court;
NOW, TI~REFORE, I, JAMES C. ADKINS, under authority vested ~
in me as Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Florida, under Section
2 Article V of the Constitution of Florida, and the rules of this ~

Court promulgated thereunder, do hereby assign and designate the
Honorable HI~?ROLD S. SMITH , a judge of the !
Twentieth Judicial Circuit , of the State ot Florida, to ~
proceed to the _ NINE~ENTH JUD CIAL CIRCUIT ~ ~
of Florida, and thereupon, on the 6th day of Mav , 1975, ~

to hear, conduct, try and determine the cause or causes which shall
be presented to him as a temporary judge of said court, and thereafter
