Inc., a Florida corporation, executed and delivered unCo Mortgagee

; County, Florida, and re-recorded under Clerk's File No. 258164, of

the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, encumbering the
~ property described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and made a part

~ hereof, and securing a NoCe ("the Note") in the original principal

~ amount~of $1,900,000.00 executed and delivered by Mortgagor, B.D.B.

> Development Corp., to the order of Mortgagee under date of June 4,

The Mortgage, in Section 3.07 thereof, provides that
upon request of Mortgagor, Mortgagee may, from time to time, at
its option, make further advances to Mortgagor which will be
