Naw, Therefore, for and in consideration of the sum of
$10.00 and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid by
the parties hereto, each to the other, simultaneously with the

execution and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, ft is mutually agreed by and between the
parties herero as follows : -
1. The recita~s hereinabove contained are true and
, correct.
2. The Mortgage now secures the two Notes hereinabove
referred to aggregating the principal amount of $2,229,850.00, to
the same extent and with the same force and effect as if said Note
in the principal amount of $329,850.00 had been executed and deliv-
ered by Mortgagor, B.D.B. Development Corp., at the time of the
execution and delivery of the Mortgage and the Note secured thereby
in the principal amount of $1,900,000.00. 1`he maturity date of the
$1,9Q0,000.00 Note is hereby extended to November 30, 1975.
; 3. Excepting as modif ied by this Agreement, the Note in
the principal amount of $1,900,000.00 and th~: Mortgage, together
