truck bed, monorail with electric hoist, which was the sole property
of the Husband, ROBERT E. ADAMS.
3. That the Wife, SARAH CALHOUN ADAMS, shall pay to the
Husband, ROBERT E. ADAMS, the sum of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) to
fully comp~y with the terms and conditions of the Order entered in
thYs cause on December 12, 1974,
• 4. That any funds in any joint accounts at any banking or
saving institution as of December 12, 1974 shall be divided equally
~
between the HusKand and Wife and that ~rithdrawals may be made by
either of the parties hereto and divided er~ually with the other party.
5. That the Wife, SARAH CALHOUN ADAMS, shall pay to the
Husband, ROBERT E. ADAMS, the sum of Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) in
repayment of the ~ao Hundred Dollars ($200.00) check cashed by the
said Wife from the City of Vero Beach for work and services performed
by the Iiusband.
! 6. That the furniture and furnishings removed by the Wife

; from the marital home on December 2, 1974 and stored at Laws Moving

> and Storage Company, 2018 Commerce Avenue, Vero Beach, Florida is the

~ sole property of the Wife and that the said Wife, SAR.AH CALHOUN ADAMS,

5 is granted the ownership and possession of the said personal property

~ as her sole property and that tl:° Husband, ROBERT E. ADAMS, has no

~ equity, interest or claim thereto.

~ 7. That the real property consisting of approximately Lou-r

- (4) acres of land located at 1195 - 19th Avenue, Vero Beach, Florida
