ing to the Court that a Clerk's default was entered against the ~

defendants Arawak Construction & Development Corporation, a ~
F~erida cQrporation, an~ A1frPd F. L~nQO, d/b/a G~pital Electric ~
Company on February 19, 1975, for failure to serve or file any '

' papers as required by law after personal service of process upon

j said defendants; and the Court having examined the affidavit of

Marion McMullian, an officer and agent of the plaintiff East
i

e Coast Lumber & Supply Co., and being fully advised in the
~

~ premises, it is hereby

e ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

~ l. That Arawak Construction & Development Corporation,
~
~ a Florida corporation, is justly indebted to the plaintiff in ~

~ the amount of $9,684.11, together with interest on said sum ;

' at the legal rate of 6$ per annum from August 23, 1974, and
~
for court costs in the amount of $27.50, for which let execution
~
issue.
~ 2. That Alfred F. Lingo, d/b/a Capital Electric Company
is justly indebted to the plainti~f in the amount of $9,684.11,
together with interest on said sum at the legal rate of 6$ per
