ORDER ON COMPROMTSE AND FINAL JUDGMENT
~ Parties hereto by and through their attorneys, having
submitted a compromise and settlement stipulation to this Court
for its approval, and the Court being of the opinion that the
sum of Fifteen Hundred Dollars ($1,500.00) to the minor, through
his father, is a fair, full and adequate consideration for said
i minor as a result of the accident resulting in the injuries in-
i

! volved herein, and the Defendants denying liability therefor
; and that the settlement is beneficial to the said minor, and
~ the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon: ;

~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff, ONNO ROBERT

~ POST, II, a minor, by and through his next friend, natural
~
~ guardian and father, do have and recover from the Defendants,

~ LOUIS R. WINDT and JUDY K. WINDT, his wife, the sum of Fifteen

u ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that upon payment of the said

sum in the aforesaid manner, that ONNO ROBERT POST, as next
