Before me, the undersigned authority, personally
appeared A. A. DORSEY who, being duly sworn, says that he
is the agent of the Lienor herein, A A DORSEY & SON PLUMBING
INC. whose address is Highway AlA, Hobe Sound, Florida, and
that in pursuance of a contract with WIGGS & MAALE CONSTRUCTION
CO., INC. lienor furnish ed labor, services or materials consisting
of:
General Plumbing Services of a total value of
$100,912.00 plus extras of which there remains unpaid $12,625.72,
for which amount it claims a lien on the following described real
property in St. Lucie County, Florida:
The South 500.00 feet (measured along the Easterly
