THIS CAUSE coming on before the Court on Petition for
~pproval of Settlement, Attorneys' Fees and Costs on behalf of the
Estate of Patricia L. Bullington, deceased, and it appearing to the
~:ourt that the amount of FOUR THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS
(54,250.00) is a reasonable sum for the settlement of the claim o~ the

Estate of Patricia L. Bullington, deceased, against Florida East Coast s
; ~tailway Company, a Florida corporation, and Barry Walter Erts; and it '

; appearing to the Court that the sum of $ 1,000.00 for attorneys' fees
and $ 1,206.07 in costs incurred by the undersigned attorneys is
~ reasonable and has been approved by Larry u. ~ullington, as administrator
