This cause came on to be heard on March 7, 1975 on the
Petition for Modification of Final Judgment by the Wife as to the
custody of the minor children, and the parties hereto having
reached a temporary agreement, and counsel for the respective
parties having announced this to the court and the Court being
fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ;

1. That the Wife, FLOSSIE M. MOSLEY HARDWICK, commencing ?
Friday, March 14, 1975, shall have the right to have the minor
,
i children, TINA ANN MOSLEY and THOMAS ANTHONY MOSLEY in her care and ?
~ ~
; custody, away from the home of the Husband, JIMMIE MOSLEY, for the
weekends in which the first Sunday and the third Sunday of each month
~ -
_ fall, until further order of this Court. The weekend visitation
;

~ periods shall commence on Friday at six p.m. and terminate on the
s
~
immediately following Sunday at six p.m. The Husband, JIMMIE MOSLEY,
~
~ shall have reasonable rights of visitation with the minor children
~
? while they are with the Wife. The Wife shall be responsible for the ~
x =
~
~ transportation of the children to and from the residence of the ~
~
' Husband when they are to be in her care and custody. ;
~ ~
2. That the minor children, above named, shall attend :
Faith Baptist Church and Church School each Sunday they are in the
temporary care of the Wife, unless he or she is ill. It shall be
the responsibility of the Wife either to transport the said children

to Faith Baptist Church or see that they are transported by the bus
