RELEASE OF LIEN
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, by the terms of that certain agreement between
NORTH BEACH WATER COMPANY, xx~d~.~7c and NAVILLUS
DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a Florida corporation, dated February
20, 1959, and recorded in Deed Book 245 at page 596 of the pub-
lic records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and amended by Agree-
ment dated January 3, 1964, and recorded in Official Record
Book 78 at page 497 of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, said North Beach Water Company acquired a lien against
various lots then owned by the said Navillus Development Corpo-
ration in Coral Cove Beach, Section One, a subdivision in St.
Lucie County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, Lucille V. Costa, the present owner of property
in Coral Cove Beach, Section One, has requested North Beach Water
Company to release certain lots in said subdivision as more par-

E ticularly hereinafter described from the lien and operation of

; said agreement;

' NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and the
~ sum of Ten Dollars {$10.00) and other valuable consideration in

~ hand paid by the said Lucille V. Costa, receipt of which is hereby

~ acknowledged, the said North Beach Water Company does hereby re-
~
' lease and discharge from the lien and operation of the aforesaid
~

~ agreement and amendment thereto the following described land in

Nothing herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or
