COUNTY OF ST. LUCIE
BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
FRANK H. FEE, III, who, being first duly sworn by me, says on oath
that he is the attorney and agent in this behalf for the lienor
herein, EAST COAST LUMBER & SUPPLY COMPANY, a Florida corporation,
of P. O. Box 790, Fort Pierce, Florida, and that in pursuance of
oral contracts now fully executed with the following:
A-Don Construction & Development Corporation
2201 Pruitt Road
Port St. Lucie, Florida 33452
said lienor furnished the following:
Lumber, roof framing materials, nails, trim hardware,
millwork and other miscellaneous building supplies
for the construction of improvements situate on the real property
described in Addendum A, attached hereto and by this reference
incorporated herein, said real property located in St. Lucie
County, Florida, and owned by General Development Corporation,
said materials of a total value of $9,135.19, including finance
charges, of which there remains unpaid $9,135.19, and furnished
the first of same during the month of November 1974 and the last
~f same on February 5, 1975. A Notice to (?wner in ~ro~er form h~s
been duly served, received on January 29, 1975, and the lienor
has properly complied with all other provisions of Chapter 713,
Florida Statutes. ~
