~ SATISFACTION OF_LIEN ~
WHEREAS, the Hoard of County Commissioners of St. Lucie
County pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 65-2181, Laws of
Florida, 1965, on the 22nd day of January, 1974 filed a lien
against any property owned by MILLIE MODINE, 115 N. 16th Street,
Fort Pi erce, Florida, in the amount o€ $649.44, said lien being .
recorded in OR Book 235 at page 2122 of the public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida, and
WHEREAS, said lien has been paid in full and should be
discharged and satisfied of record.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, in meeting assemb?ed

this 18th day of March, 1975 that said Board does hereby acknowledge
the payment and satisfaction of saic3 lien and dire~ts the Clerk
of the Circuit Court of said County to cancel the same cf record.
