THIS CAUSE came before the Court upon the Plaintiff's
Moiion foY Finai Ju3gr?ent. Zt appears from the record that a
Default was duly entered against the Defendant above shown, and
the Plaintiff, having filed sworn proof of the account stated
sued upon in proof of its cause of action, and the Court finds
from the.proofs produced and filed herein that there is now
due, and owing from the Defendant, to the Plaintiff, the sum
of $1878.00 as principal, and the further sum of $ 122.07 as
