FINAL JUDGMENT
THIS CAUSE coming on for trial by jury on the llth day of
March, 1975, the Court having heard testimony and evidence adduced;
the jury, by and through the Foreman, ROBERT H. POITIER, JR., after
having heard testimony and evidence and having heard the charges of
the Court, and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, and,
after having retired to consider their verdict, returned ta vpen
Court, and rendered the following Verdict:
