appeared CHESTER B. GRIFFIN, who, upon being by me first
duly sworn, deposes and says:
That the marriage between G. F. Hunker; also
knawn as G. Fred Hunker, and Rose S. Hunker was continuous
from May 29, 1940 to the date of death of G. Fred Hunker
on February 21, 1973. '
Further that G. F. Hunker and G. Fred Hunker were
one and the same person.
Further affiant saith not.
