of LAKEWOOD PARK CORPORATION,- LAKEWOOD P~RK CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION,
and LAKE INDRIO CORPORATION, said A~~ignment being recorded in
Official Record Book 186, page 2035 in the office of the Clerk of
the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. That there has been an Affidavit filed again~t certain

nonpayment of maintenance fees assessed, ~aid Affidavit bein~
