FINAL JUDGMENT
This cause came on this day to be heard ex parte upon
plaintiff's motion for entry of final judgment, and it appear-
ing to the Court that a Clerk's defauZt was entered against the
defendants Arawak Construction & Uevelopment Corporation, a
Florida corporation, and Alfred F. Lingo, d/b/a Capi~al Electric
Company on February 19, 1975, for failure to serve or file any

~ papers as required by law after personal service of process upon
i
} said defendants; and the Court having examined the affidavit of
; Marion McMullian, an officer and agent of the plaintiff East
i
: Coast Lumber & Supply Co., and being fully advised in the
~
~ premises, it is hereby
~ -
~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
~
~ l. That Arawak Construction & Development Corporation,
~ a Florida corporation, is justly indebted to the plaintiff in
~
~
~ the amount of $9,684.11, together with interest on said sum
~
~ at the legal rate of 6$ per annum from August 23, 1974, and
for court costs in the amount of $27.50, for which let execution
- issue.
~ 2. That Alfred F. Lingo, d/b/a Capital Electric Company
is justly indebted to the plaintiff in the amount of $9,684.11,
