bcund, the undersiqned jointly and uverolly (a) hereby become sure~ to the paYee of the within note, its successors, endoraees and
assigns, for the payment of the within ~ota, and hereby uncond~tional y gvarantees the payment of the within ~ote and all exte~sions
w renewals thereof and all sums payeble ~nder or by virtue thereof including, without lim~tation, all amounts of printipal and in-
terest and all expenses (intluding attwney i fees) incurred in the collection thereof, the enforcement of rights thereunder or w~th re•
spect to the security therefw and the enfwcement hereof; (b) waive presentms~t, demand, notiae of dishonor, protest and all other
notices whatsoever; and (c) conseM and aqree (i) that all w any of the ~ollateral may be exchanyed, released, surrendered or sold

of the undersiqned may be sued by the lwlder hereof with w without ioini~ any of the other endorsers or makers of seid note end
without first or contemporoneously suinp any such other persons, or otherwise seeking o. proceeding to collect from them or any of
them, and without first or contemporaneously undertakinfl to enforce any riflhts with respect to any security, and (v) that the terms end
provisions hereof shell be jointly and severally bindirp on the heirs, personal representatives, successors and legstees of the undersiyned
even with respett to renewats, extensions, refeases, compromises and indutpe~ces after the death or irxapacity of the undersiyned, ot
any of them, whether or not a ciaim be filed by tha the~ holder in w ayainst sny estate.
