DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE ~ '

This cause came on for trial the 2Uth day of March, 1975,

and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
~
finds and determines: this Court has jurisdiction of the parties
;
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and -
t
wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It
~
is thereupon ~

~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~

~ 1. The Default heretofore entered by the Clerk of
f
' this Court be and the same is hereby approved, ratified and con-
; _ firmed.

~ 2: The marriage between THOMAS JOSEPH DONAHUE and
~
~ CAROL ANN DONAHUE be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the
~
~ parties and each of tnem are hereby forever freed from the bonds
~ of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from tt-ie obliga-
~
~ tions arising therefrom.

~ 3. Custody of MICHELLE DONAHUE and TARA DONAHUE,
= minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to CAROL ANN
- DONAHUE with reasonable visitation rights reserved to THOMAS JOSEPH
DONAHUE.
= 4. Commencing Thursday, March 20, 1975, THOMAS JOSEPH
DONAHUE shall pay to CAROL ANN DONAHUE the sum of Thirty ($30.00)
Dollars each and-every week for the support of each of the children

named above.
