HomeMy WebLinkAbout1816 Each payment of Sixty ($60.00) Dollars for the
support of the two children shall be made to the Clerk of this
Court and by him remitted promptly to CAROL ANN DONAHUE. In
addition there is hereby assessed the sum of $1 as statutory
costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All pay-
ments shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's check.
Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court
advised of their mailing and residence addresses at all.times
while this order is in effect.
5. The Property Settlement A~reement admitted into
evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference and the parties
are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof.
6. Jurisdiction of this cause and the parties hereto
is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
ORDERED at Ft. Pierce, Florida this 20th day of March,
1975.
