the Petitioner's complaint and the Court haveing heard the testimony
of the Petitioner and of the witness and being otherwise fully advised
in the premises, the Court finds:

; 2. That the Petitioner has been a resident of the state
~ of Florida for more than six months next before the filing of the
petition herein.
3. That the marriage of the parties is irretrievably

~ broken, accordingly, it is.

~ A. That the coarriage existing between the Petitioner,
