THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard before me this 20th
~
day of March, A. D. 1975, and the Wife having appeared, and the
Husband having appeared by counsel, and the Court having heard
the parties and being otherwise duly advised in the premises,
it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Final Decree of Dissolution
of Marriage entered on July 11, 1967, and modified by the Order
on Petition for Modification of Final Decree entered on January
14, 1974, shall be and the same is hereby modified to provide

that: ~ '

; (1) The Husband shall have the permanent legal custody
~ ~

~ of MONICA MARGARET WOOD, MEI~ANEE JAYNE WOOD and CLINT EDWARD WOOD,

a
children of the marriage, and the wife be and she is hereby given

~ reasonable visitation rights in a manner to be agreed upon between
F _
~ the parties.
~ (2) The support payments by the Husband to the Wife be and
y the same are hereby reduced to the sum of Seventy and 00/100ths
y
~
($70.00) Dollars per month.
