THIS CAUSE coming on this day to be heard, and it appearing
to the Court from the evidence presented that;
1. The Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County of
St. Lucie, State of I'lorida, by ta~ deed issued under the provisions of
Chapter 20722, Laws of Florida, 1941, dated 1)ecember 2, 1963, and
recorded in Q. R. Book 76, Page 39, public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, conveyed the following described property lying and being in St.
Lucie County, Florida, to D. A. D. , Inc. , a F'lorida corporation, to wit:

A ings had for the sale of the above-described property in default of the

~ payment of taaes by the Defendants, George Sircovics and Della M. Sircovics,
~ his wife, former owners of said property, and the issuance of said tax deed

~ by the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, and

~ all proceedings had under said Chapter 20722, Laws of T'lorida, 1941, by
F` which the Clerk of the Circuit Court. in and for St. Lucie County, Florida,

;i; conveyed said property to D. A. D. , Inc. , PlaintifPs' immediate predecessor

in title, were strictly in conformity with law; tt~at said taxes were duly and
regularly assesse~, and said sale for non-payment was duly and regularly
had and said deed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for St. Lucie
County, Florida, to the said D. A. D. ,[nc. , was duly and regularly issued
