Agreement for Deed with the Plaintiffs. Eugene T. Chandler and Leila
~lirginia Chandler, his wife, which conveyed said property, on November 1,
1967, said Agreement being recorded in O. R. Book 171, Page 1668, public
records of St. ~.ur_ie County, Florida; and legal title to subject property was
subsequently conveyed Uy D. A. D. , Inc. , to the Plaintiffs herein.
4. The Plaintiffs, EUGFN~ C. CHANDLER and LrII.A

have held possession of subject property adverse to 1he Defendants until the
