°~default being entered against the wife, VIRGINIA LEE TAYLOR LONG,

'~for failure to file or serve an answer or pleading and the Court ;
having given full consideration to the evidence finds and ~

determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and +

~subject matter of this suit; that the relations of husband and j

'wife now exists between VIRGINIA LEE TAYLOR LONG and THOMAS J. ~

F ~ LONG; the equities are with the husband and a.gainst the wife, and ~ s
~ the husband is entitled to a Dissolution of Marriage. It is there ~

; ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows: ~

~ l. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between the wife, !

~ VIRGINIA LEE TAYLOR LONG, and the husband, THOMAS J. LONG, be and ;

' the same is hereby dissolved, and the said parties and each of ~

~ them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony hereto- ;

fore existing between them and from the obligations arising there-t

2. CUSTODY. That the wife shall have custody of the minor ;

child with reasonable visitation rights reserved to the husband. ;

of $20.00 per week, said payment shall continue each and every ;
week until the child reaches her majority, marries or becomes ;
