This cause coming on to be heard upon the petition for
adoption filed herein and the Consents of MICHAEL TED ERWIN,
natural father of the minor child, and GLENDA EVANS LONG, natural
mother of the minor child, and i~ appearing to the Court that
petitioner is a fit and proper person to adopt the minor child
sought to be adopted, and that the best interests of the child

will be promoted by the adoption and that the child is suitable
for adoption by petitioner, GEORGE W. LONG, and being otherwise
fully advised in the premises, ~
