RIGHT-OF-WAY DEED

of the first part, and ST. LUCIE COUNTY of the STATE OF FIORIDA, pa~ty of the second part,
WITNESSETH: That the said partl~of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar (a1.00) and
other valuable considerations paid by the party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do ~
grant, ba~rgain and sell to the said party of the second part, its successors, and assigns, a right-of-way in St. lucie County,
Florida, described as follov~-s, to-wit: The northerly 60 feet and the easterly 60 feet of the following described
lands to wit:
Part o€ the East 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of Section S, and part of the West 1/2 of the NW 1/4 of Section 4,both
in Township 37 South, Range 41 East, St. Lucie County, Florida, more particularly described as
follows: Beginning at the Northwest (NW) corner of the North line of Fee's Property as recorded in
Plat Book 4, Page 44, Public Records of St. Lucie County~ F26rida, thence on a continuation or pro-
jection of the nordierly lineyof the said North line, run Southwesterly to the West line of the East
1~2 of the Nordieast l/4 of said Section S; thence run South along said line to the Southwest corner of
said East 1/2 of the Northeast Quarter (E 1/2, of NE 1/4); thence run East on said South line of the
East 1/2 of the NE 1/4 to the intersection of a projection of the Southerly line of Lot 19 of said Fee's
Subdivision; thence Northeasterly to the SW corner of said Lot 19, thence run Northwesterly
parallel with and adjacent to the Easterly rigfit of way of the Florida East Coast Railway to the
point of beginning, said tract containing SO acres, more or less .
LESS AND EXCEPT the right of way of the Florida East Coast Railway; and
LESS AND EXCEPT the easterly 30 feet of the northerly 586.5 feet more particularly described in
Deed Book 100 at page 272 and 273 and in Deed Book 100 at page 276 and 277 of the public records
